Background

Pat Mongiovi a landscape construction and maintenance professional for over 30 years.  Pat a self made entrepreneur began his landscape career in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1983.  There he developed his construction and horticultural skills. 

In 1996 he moved to the valley and spent time as a business development manager for a major valley landscape company.  In spring of 1998 Pat started Desert Systems Landscape.  By the end of 2007, with one truck, a used lawn mower and hours of sweat equity, Desert Systems Landscape grew to 65 trucks, over 200 employees and gross sales exceeding $17 million dollars.

Development landscape construction was Desert Systems Landscape’s staple. The building and economic crash of 2008 caused major developers & builders to shut down and/or leave the state which forced Desert Systems Landscape to reorganize in order to meet the challenges the economic turndown lay before them.

Pat reinvented himself as Landscape Consulting Group (LCG).  Pat managed to begin rebuilding LCG with some key former employees which were eager to join Pat in the rebranding of LCG back into the landscape industry.

His many years experience with a major company are now being implemented with LCG and is on his way to making another mark in the landscape industry.
